Below is our Seller's form. If you have a property you would like to sell, just fill in as much as you can about the property. Keep in mind that all information will be kept in the strictest confidence. We will not give your personal information to anyone outside of Conduit Investments without your permission and you will never appear on any spam lists as a result of filling out this form. We will only contact you in accordance with your request and with respect to the property you are trying to sell.
Be as complete and accurate as possible. Our ability (and the time it takes) to determine the value of your property depends upon you completing as much information as possible. We will then find your property on your county tax rolls and on various Internet sites and use all these resources to determine our offer. Please understand that our offer will be based upon your description of the property (and what repairs may be needed) and our online research. Before closing, our people will make a physical inspection of the property and a final determination of value will come from that inspection. So be sure to include all the defects as well as the high points of your property.
We can be much more accurate with our offer if you can provide pictures of your property. When taking pictures, pay particular attention to the areas you believe will require repairs. Take your pictures with the highest quality and resolution possible. It's best to use a regular digital camera, but a camera-phone is acceptable if that's all you have available. Please email your pictures to pics@conduitinvestments.com. Be sure to identify them with your name, phone and the address of the property.
